Vincenzo has more than 40 years of experience in banking having spent 33 years at BSI SA, where he oversaw banking subsidiaries around the world as a member of the Executive Committee.

In 2015, Vincenzo established Amber Bank & Trust Ltd in the Bahamas which he sold to the Britannia Financial Group in 2019.

In 2022, he acquired Agora Investments SGR SpA in Italy.

In 2023, he partnered with Sofia Saracho to found Agora Financial Group SA.

Vincenzo holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Bridgeport, CT, an MBA in Finance and International Business from the NYU and an Executive Certificate from INSEAD.

Born in Mexico on August 4, 1977.

Based in Switzerland, is currently a Board Member of Agora Investments SGR from 22 February 2024.She holds a 2008 - 2009 EMBA @ Kellogg School of Management. With a robust skill set that includes Business Strategy, Strategy, Management, Business Development, Portfolio Management and more, she contributes valuable insights to the industry.

Born in Como on January 5, 1971.

A graduate in Management Engineering from Milan Polytechnic, Mr. Binda has held management positions in private banking and corporate finance at BSI AG Lugano, BSI Italia S.p.A., BSI Merchant S.p.A. and Patrimony 1873 SA. He is currently a director of a number of investment holding companies. 

Vincent has more than 20 years of experience in Wealth Management, with Large Banks (Santander and HSBC), Private Banks (Lombard Odier) and Multi Family Offices. Through out his career Vincent has advised Ultra and High Net Worth families based in Mexico, Latin America and Europe, establishing investment strategies, managing assets with Advisory and Discretionary mandates, helping with their wealth planning and family governance strategies and advising some families in M&A processes.

Vincent is a CFA Charterholder and graduated in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.

With extensive experience in trading and investing in financial markets using cash and derivative instruments. Mr.Murphy began his career at Swiss Bank Corporation London in 1985 becoming Head of Treasury Investments (HQLA portfolio), London Branch, in the early 1990s. He later became Head of Institutional Fixed Income Portfolio Management at BSI Generali. He then spent over 10 years at Bloomberg London as a senior markets consultant. 

Thomas joined Per4m Asset Management in January 2020 and oversaw the acquisition by AFG in 2024, and transformation into Agora Securities Limited.

As Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer of the Investment Manager he also carries out the regulatory functions of MLRO and DPO. He is fluent in Italian and English and holds a Degree in International Relations. Prior to Agora , Thomas Laschetti spent 17 years in senior equity sales trading roles for multinational brokerage firms in London, Milan, and Switzerland after which carried out senior advisory roles in fund, corporate and data governance advising investment managers and investors on operational due-diligence, jurisdiction selection and fund structuring.
